TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SEOARTICLEWRITINGPROS.COM TERMS GOVERNING YOUR USE OF SEO ARTICLE WRITING PROS  The website SeoArticleWritingPros.com, its agents, owners, operators, service providers, and contractors are hereby referred to as “Website,” “Site,” “We,” “Us,” and/or “Our.” All clients viewing or interacting with this website in ANY way are required to agree with these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms of this site then you are not authorized to view, interact or use this site in any way. These Terms may change at any time and will then become effective immediately.

We are a neutral third party and as such we will not be held responsible for the accuracy of any information developed by either freelancers or clients here at SEO ARTICLE WRITING PROS. Under no circumstances will this website be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone’s reliance on information or other content posted or transmitted on or through this site. We provide this website on an “as is” basis and grant no warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that your use of this site will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, error-free, or will meet your requirements.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

SEO ARTICLE WRITING PROS reserves the right to remove users who violate these terms. Any user who violates these terms will not be eligible for the return of payments held within their SEO ARTICLE WRITING PROS account.

PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION You are prohibited from making ANY direct contact with freelancers.  All contact will be made through SEO ARTICLE WRITING PROS who will assign a writer to your project.  All communication with freelancers will be done via SEO ARTICLE WRITING PROS.


ADVERTISING

SEO ARTICLE WRITING PROS is not an advertising venue. Any URL posted to SEO ARTICLE WRITING PROS must relate to the project and must not be used as a method of advertising.

COPYRIGHTS No copyright material can be submitted to our clients through SEO ARTICLE WRITING PROS.  All work will be original and the copyright will revert to the client upon submission of the completed article.  COPYRIGHT INFRINGERS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE COPYRIGHT OWNERS, INCLUDING ALL IP’S, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION SUBMITTED. We will cooperate with any party who wishes to take legal action against copyright issues. This includes posting of reseller, pirated or third party items that are claimed to be original, and deliberately posting products/services that are deceitful to a posting’s requirements.

 

 

MODIFICATIONS OF OUR TERMSSEO ARTICLE WRITING PROS reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time.

 

GUARANTEES AND PRODUCT DELIVERY TERMS

SEO ARTICLE WRITING PROS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.  Refunds shall not be provided, though “content rewrites” will be completed for no more than two (2) total revisions.  All articles (product) shall be delivered to the client via the electronic mail address provided during the initial order placement process.  Upon delivery, all copyright is transferred to the client for complete lifetime ownership.  The client’s use of product shall be his or her own responsibility.  No specific results are guaranteed. 

Any order may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing that same order via our website, though a small fee may apply.  To cancel an order, please notify us immediately via our website contact form.  However, NO order can be cancelled if product (article writing) has already been delivered and fulfilled. 

These terms are intended to protect the creative work performed by SEO ARTICLE WRITING PROS and its service providers.
